This is our own heritage Cornish cross hybrid. Bred to forage the fields and forest of our farm on Upper Cow Creek, our chickens range freely and enjoy foraging on grasses, seeds, flowers, plants, fungi, and bugs.

Our broilers have abundant breast meat and are naturally higher in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E while maintaining an optimal balance of healthy fats. The result is a flavorful, nourishing, protein-rich meal that supports a wholesome diet. Our chickens are raised without antibiotics or vaccines, ensuring clean, natural meat for your table.

3.5 – 4.9lbs, dressed

For farm pick-ups, you can pick up your order on Saturdays between 10am and 12pm at the red barn at 16143 Upper Cow Creek Rd, Azalea.  Chicken orders must be placed 5 days prior to pick-up.

For Southeast Medford pick-up, you can pick up your order on Tuesday or Wednesday between 1pm and 8pm.  Chicken orders must be placed 5 days prior to pick-up.
