We raise Cornish Rock broiler chickens. The chickens are a cross between White Plymouth Rocks and Cornish. They grow quickly and produce an abundance of breast meat. Dressed whole chickens are much larger than typical store purchased chicken.
Pastured poultry is naturally higher in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E while maintaining an optimal balance of healthy fats.
